Position Overview

Job Title: Marketing Representative (Food Distribution / Territory Account Development)

Job Summary:

We are a fast-growing food distribution company specializing in seafood, frozen foods, and prepared products. We are seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to develop and maintain local markets, build strong customer relationships, deliver product samples, and support sales teams in achieving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:



Territory Development & Customer Visits

  • Visit assigned restaurants, supermarkets, and wholesale clients regularly.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

Product Promotion & Sample Delivery

  • Deliver product samples and follow up for feedback.
  • Educate customers on product features, preparation, and quality.

Customer Maintenance

  • Conduct store visits to check product placement and inventory.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Provide qualified leads and opportunities to remote Sales team.
  • Facilitate real-time pricing support from Sales for immediate customer inquiries.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Report competitor activity, customer preferences, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in food distribution, route sales, or field-based B2B role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to travel locally daily within assigned territory.
  • Bilingual skills (Mandarin/Spanish/other) a plus
