In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 120+ customers, focusing on driving product adoption, delivering value, and preventing churn.

You will work closely with at-risk customers to transform them into brand advocates and uncover opportunities for growth. Your success will be measured by key metrics, including revenue retention and customer engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the customer journey and provide valuable feedback on product offerings.
