Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant/Food Runner to support our dining staff and ensure an outstanding experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to enhance service efficiency and maintain the high standards of our club.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and set up dining areas, including arranging tables and place settings.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
  • Restock supplies and ensure the dining area and server stations are always well-organized and clean.
  • Empty bus tubs and help bus tables in bar and restaurant.
  • Provide support to the service team by running food, refilling drinks, and addressing guest needs as directed.
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly environment in both the dining room and service areas.
  • Assist with any special requests from guests and ensure that their dining experience is enjoyable.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
