Location: Various locations across Alberta As a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you will serve as an expert clinician, educator, and consultant within a specialized area of nursing practice. Your role is essential in enhancing patient care, guiding nursing practices, and improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based strategies. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced nursing care and expertise in your specialty area, assessing and diagnosing patient conditions.

Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and coordinating care across the healthcare team. Educate nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on best practices, clinical procedures, and new treatments within your specialty. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and data analysis to enhance patient care and nursing practices.

Act as a resource for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers, offering consultation and support on complex cases. Advocate for patients and families, ensuring they receive comprehensive care and support throughout their healthcare journey.
