Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager Effective Date: March 2026

Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in the daily management of food and beverage service operations at North Ridge Country Club. This role provides direct leadership to front of house staff during service periods and ensures that club service standards are consistently delivered.

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting staff, coordinating service flow, and maintaining a positive and professional member experience. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring service standards are upheld across assigned outlets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of house staff during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure dining outlets are properly prepared prior to service.
  • Assign sections and responsibilities to service staff.
  • Monitor service flow and assist staff during busy periods.
  • Ensure service stations and dining areas remain clean and organized.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the service floor during operations.
  • Ensure food and beverage service meets club standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on food presentation and beverage service.
  • Assist staff in delivering efficient and attentive service.
  • Interact with members and guests during service periods.
  • Address member questions, requests, and service concerns promptly.
  • Escalate member issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
  • Reinforce service standards and operational procedures.
  • Provide coaching and direction to service staff during shifts.
