What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As the Janitorial Account Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader and Custodial Account Manager for a premier client account in Hartwell, GA. You will direct daily cleaning operations across 5 local facilities, leading a dedicated team of 29 employees.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, acting as a trusted Janitorial Account Manager who prioritizes customer service, trust, and proactive communication.

  • Oversee daily facility operations, implementing work schedules, job cards, and regular quality assurance inspections to maintain high standards across all locations.

  • Lead, mentor, and support an integrated team of frontline cleaners, leads, and roving staff, ensuring proper onboarding, safety compliance, and team development.

  • Direct budget compliance, job cost reviews, payroll management, and smooth execution of special project work or event coverage.

  • Work closely with regional leadership and trainers to support operational excellence as an effective Operations Facilities Manager.
