Job Title: Laborer / Plastic Tote Welder

Location: Pendleton, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly

Friday โ€“ Sunday
6:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
Work 3 days per week with 4 days off

Pay: $17-18/hour | Pay increase after position certification is obtained

Every year, our work helps recover millions of tons of food byproducts and transform them into useful products for livestock producers.

We are growing and looking for dependable team members who enjoy hands-on work and learning specialized repair skills.

What You'll Do: As a Plastic Repair Technician, you will repair and restore plastic containers such as totes and drums used in production operations. Excellent opportunities available for growth/advancement!


Key responsibilities include:

ยท Inspect plastic totes and containers to identify damage

ยท Repair containers using plastic welding equipment and repair tools

ยท Patch, weld, and reshape plastic components to restore structural integrity

ยท Follow work instructions and production guidelines

ยท Maintain welding tools and all equipment for repairing totes

ยท Use tablets and Excel spreadsheets to record completed repairs and materials used

ยท Maintain a clean and organized work area

ยท Work with production and quality teams to ensure repaired containers meet safety and quality standards

ยท Experience with welding, plastic repair, or similar hands-on work preferred

ยท Willingness to learn plastic welding techniques and repair processes

ยท Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment safely
