Folding & Gluing Operator

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Folding & Gluing Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Mora, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You'll Do as the Folding & Gluing Operator:

  • Set up and operate folding and gluing machines according to job specifications
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and product alignment
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
  • Inspect finished products for defects, glue integrity, and overall quality
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; notify supervision when needed
  • Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
  • Follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules
  • Communicate production, quality, or equipment issues to supervision
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Operate folding and gluing equipment safely and only as trained
