If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with equipment, and like seeing tangible results from your work, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

As a Die-Cutter & Folder-Gluer Operator, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process by:

  • Setting up and operating die-cutting and folder-gluer equipment
  • Running a variety of post-press machines to support daily production
  • Ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every job
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and adjusting as needed
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven warehouse environment

Your work directly impacts the quality and speed of the products we deliver to customers across the country.

This position is a great fit if you:

  • Have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work
  • Would enjoy gaining experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, or equipment setup
  • Are eager to learn new machines and expand your technical skill set
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork and accuracy

Print industry experience—and prior die-cutter or folder-gluer experience—is preferred but not required. We provide hands-on training for motivated candidates with the right mindset. We’re looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals who are willing to wear multiple hats during our seasonal peaks and take pride in delivering excellent work every day.

To thrive, you should have:

  • Aptitude and interest to learn die-cutting, folder-gluer, and other post-press equipment operation.
  • Print industry background is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred with 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing or mechanically focused experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting, equipment setup, and basic math/measurement skills for production accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English within a production environment.
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including standing for extended periods, lifting to 50 lbs., and repetitive bending/twisting.

Your duties as the Die Cutter / Folder & Gluer Operator will include:

  • Operate and set up die-cutting and folder-gluer machines (including Moll Regal Folder/Gluer and similar equipment) with accuracy and efficiency based on job specifications.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure production meets specifications, reducing defects, waste, and downtime.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues, making adjustments and minor repairs to maintain workflow.
  • Complete preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, part replacement) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with operations team members to improve productivity, maintain organization, and cross-train across other post-press equipment and warehouse duties (such as shipping and receiving).

Best-in-Class Benefits and Culture:

We value our employees’ time, talent, and contributions. Our commitment to your success is reflected in a collaborative, respectful workplace culture and competitive hourly pay of $21-$28 based on experience, along with a strong benefits package that supports your quality of life, including:

  • Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor plan with 3% employer-paid contribution for eligible employees
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability
  • Incentive pay opportunities and additional voluntary benefits

We foster a culture of collaboration, camaraderie, care, and openness, where team members work together to produce quality results and support one another. If you’re looking to grow with a company that genuinely values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
