Job description


 
We are specifically looking to hire up to 6 experienced machine operators for our operations in North Carolina. The key requirement is proven hands-on experience in similar manufacturing environments, with the ability to work independently and ensure high-quality production standards.
 
It is important for us that candidates:
  • Have solid experience operating industrial machinery (computerized, not manual);
  • Have experience working with the metric system (primary requirement), with familiarity in standard units as an advantage;
  • Have experience in training others;
  • Demonstrate reliability and consistency in performance;
  • Are able to adapt quickly to established processes and safety requirements;
  • Are able fluently communicate in English.
As well, we have specific requirements:
 
Complete line - Position requirements:
  • Experience with fully automated complete lines, including infeed and outfeed conveyors;
  • Experience identifying tool wear, machining defects, and process-related deviations on complete equipment;
  • Experience with product changeovers on complete machines (program, setup, reference checks);
  • Experience working according to technical drawings, machining instructions, and SOPs;
  • Experience cooperating with maintenance and process engineers during troubleshooting;
  • Experience with Homag complete wide panel wrapping lines.

React-tec line - Position requirements:
  • Experience with hot-melt glue application processes on paper foil (Nordson, Robatech machines);
  • Experience handling foil rolls with fixed cranes;
  • Experience with foiling processes;
  • Experience with cooling aggregates;
  • Experience with granulate glue feeding and transporting systems.

Drilling line - Position requirements:
  • Experience with Weeke feed-through drilling machines, HOMAG / Weeke BST 500 or similar CNC processing machines;
  • Experience with HOMAG cutting, splitting, and tenoning machines;
  • Competence in grooving operations;
  • Ability to perform tool setup and tool changes;
  • Competence in machine parameter adjustment (drilling depth, positioning, groove accuracy);
  • Experience with dimensional control and measurement;
  • Ability to perform in-process quality checks related to drilling and grooving results.

Compensation range: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience level.
Relocation packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
