The People Specialist - Level 1 (People Associate) role provides essential support across a broad range of human resources activities, with a strong focus on accurate data entry, employee records maintenance, and HR process support. This position contributes to the smooth operation of People/HR programs and policies, supports conflict resolution efforts, and helps ensure that employee information is handled with care and confidentiality. The role is ideal for individuals early in their HR or administrative career who are eager to build experience in a professional, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry for HR and employee-related information, ensuring consistency and completeness in all records.
  • Support the management and maintenance of employee records, helping to uphold data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Review and analyze offer letters to verify accuracy and alignment with established company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of various human resources initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide conflict resolution support by helping to address employee concerns and directing issues through appropriate HR channels.
  • Communicate People/HR programs and policies clearly to employees and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence.

Essential Skills
  • 0-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related industry.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Work Environment
This role is based in a hybrid work environment, with standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Team members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on other designated days, providing a blend of in-person collaboration and focused remote work. The position is located in a professional headquarters setting in Richardson, Texas, at 2375 N Glenville Drive. The assignment is planned for approximately six months to provide additional support to the People/HR function, with the possibility of extension to be determined. Work is performed using standard office technologies, including Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and HR systems such as ServiceNow and PeopleSoft (where available), in a typical corporate office environment that emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
