Job Description

Focus Camera is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing eCommerce operations at our warehouse in North Brunswick, NJ.

As part of our warehouse team, you'll help ensure that customer orders are received, processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Focus Camera has been in business for over 60 years and employs more than 150 team members across three locations. We are committed to providing exceptional service while fostering a supportive workplace where employees can grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer and transfer orders for shipment
  • Process Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and perform quality checks
  • Complete shipping paperwork and ensure timely order processing
  • Track shipments and inventory movements within the warehouse
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Assist other warehouse departments as needed
  • Report to the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • OSHA certification and forklift experience are a plus, but not required
  • Additional hours may be required during the Q4 holiday season
