About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This remote position is ideal for a designer with a strong visual sensibility and a background in digital and print design who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Youโ€™ll work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual assets across multiple platforms, including our websites, email campaigns, social media, and retail promotions.

This role is best suited for a proactive designer who enjoys working with typography, visual hierarchy, branding, trends in advertising, can take direction and run with it, and has the confidence to propose fresh visual ideas that align with campaign goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design promotional banners, website assets, email graphics, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials
  • Create print materials including in-store signage, packaging inserts, and vendor-driven collateral
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and deliver engaging content
  • Prepare and package design files for cross-functional use and vendor submissions
  • Organize and maintain design archives and marketing performance documentation

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and aesthetic versatility
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required, InDesign a plus)
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design
  • Familiarity with optimizing images for web and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
