What are some common challenges faced by a Focus Group Moderator, and how can they be effectively managed?

Focus Group Moderators often encounter challenges such as managing dominant participants, encouraging quieter members to share their opinions, and keeping the discussion on track within the allotted time. Successfully addressing these issues requires strong facilitation skills, active listening, and the ability to ask open-ended questions to draw out diverse perspectives. Moderators also need to remain neutral and create a comfortable environment so that all participants feel valued and heard.
