Spray Foam Genie – Milwaukee, WI

Spray Foam Genie is looking for a Spray Foam Installer / Insulation Technician to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a leader in eco-friendly insulation solutions, we help homeowners and businesses improve energy efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality.

We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a hardworking team. Experience with spray foam insulation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install spray foam insulation in residential and commercial properties

  • Prepare job sites and ensure surfaces are protected before installation

  • Operate spray foam rigs and maintain equipment

  • Trim and finish insulation after installation

  • Follow company safety guidelines and job procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

  • Spray foam or insulation experience preferred but not required

  • Construction or general labor experience is a plus

  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
