Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Primary Care- NP - A not-for-profit, primary care hospital devoted to providing exceptional care is seeking an experienced full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team.
The Nurse Practitioner provides exceptional care including diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow up care for Primary Care patients. Writes orders for medications, performs diagnostic tests and therapeutic medical procedures.
FNP must be able to work cooperatively with other physicians and APPs, and entire department staff be a graduate of a Family Nurse Practitioners program, licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Vermont, able to treat patients of all ages. At least one-year experience in primary care setting preferred.
