Familiarity with electronic health record systems, telemedicine platforms, and current clinical guidelines is vital. What are some common challenges Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) in India face when providing primary care, and how can they address these challenges?

Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) in India often encounter challenges such as high patient loads, limited resources, and varying levels of patient health literacy. They may need to manage a wide range of health conditions across all age groups while ensuring personalized care. Collaborating closely with physicians, specialists, and community health workers can help FNPs provide comprehensive care and manage workload. Additionally, ongoing professional development and leveraging telemedicine platforms can enhance their ability to deliver quality care and stay current with best practices.
