The Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst positions at Footbridge Federal provide employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. We are looking for candidates who want to be trained in FMV and become a part of the future BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Program. BAE Systems is the industry leader in FMV exploitation, and we are searching for individuals ready to begin an exciting and dynamic intelligence career while supporting a critical global counterterrorism mission. The Role:
โ€ข Learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates who may be new to motion GEOINT specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and specific cultural familiarization
โ€ข Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution
โ€ข Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel
โ€ข Input data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply all-source information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery

โ€ข Have rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and FMV Advanced Research positions
#FMV Required Education, Experience, & Skills โ€ข 3 years of intelligence analysis experience OR a bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field
โ€ข Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))
โ€ข Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidays
โ€ข During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks
โ€ข Working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
โ€ข Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
โ€ข Type 32 words per minute without looking at the keyboard at 90% accuracy
โ€ข Understand the basic intelligence cycle/process
โ€ข Candidates must accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen
โ€ข Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have do so in the last year
โ€ข Must attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain the required minimum skill level in each Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills โ€ข Basic understanding of National-level imagery product standards
โ€ข Experience exploiting Full Motion Video with a basic understanding of sensor capabilities
โ€ข Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process
โ€ข Experience exploiting national imagery with a basic understanding of imagery analysis
โ€ข During high-tempo operations, can relay and articulate information
โ€ข Background in counterterrorism analysis
โ€ข Able to prepare and present briefings with the creation/use of visual displays
โ€ข Can solve routine tasks of varying scope and complexity following Standard procedures
