University Dental Professionals
Join Our Team!
University Dental Professionals is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to provide coverage for an employee on FMLA leave. We are looking for an organized and motivated professional who is passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Present and explain treatment plans with confidence, professionalism, and compassion
  • Coordinate patient care from diagnosis through treatment completion
  • Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and insurance benefits
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize provider and hygiene schedules
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Denticon
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support patients throughout their treatment journey

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental front office role
  • Experience with Denticon and Dentrix Enterprise is required
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance verification, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with patients
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental environment
