Job description

Asst Property Manager
Flynn Management Corporation has a great Part-time opportunity for an Apartment Manager at Greenleaf Garden in Orange City Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Leasing
  • Market property with the occupancy of vacant apartments by eligible residents as the first and foremost priority.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents.
  • Maintain project inquiry list.
  • Maintain project waiting list.
  • Help prospective residents complete Application and obtain all required forms and documentation.
  • Process in a timely and accurate manner all required documentation to resident files during the move-in, recertification, and move-out procedure.
Rent Collection
  • Collect and deposit rents daily.
  • Pursue delinquent accounts and issue all notices in a timely fashion.
Tenant Certifications
  • Issue 90-60-30 day notices when due. Inspect units prior to issuing the 90 day notice per FMC Procedure 760.
  • Obtain all required recertification documents from residents.
  • The Site Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Tenant Certifications (TC).
Notices and Reports
  • Issue all required notices to residents in a timely fashion, including:
    • Delinquency Notices
    • Recertification Notices
    • Disturbance Notices
    • Lease Violation Notices
    • Lease Termination
    • Security Deposit Claims
  • Submit all reports when due.
