Job description

Primary Care Physician – Atlanta, GA
COMPENSATION: $300,000+ Signing Bonus up to $50k

We are a unique physician-led culture that provides coordinated, world-class primary care to the most vulnerable population, moderate to low-income seniors with complex chronic diseases. Our approach enables us to drive key quality and cost outcomes that create value for patients, physicians, and the overall health system. We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:

  • Compensation: Base $260k-$270k + Bonus'
  • Bonus: up to 10% of Base Salary
  • Partnership: No Buy-in.
  • 18-20 patients a day
  • Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
  • Work/Life Balance
  • Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
  • Administrative time included in schedule
  • No nights or weekends
  • 100% outpatient
  • Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
  • Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
  • Value Based Care
