Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and knowledge of printing processes are crucial technical requirements. What is a flyer?

In the context of jobs, 'Flyers' typically refers to individuals who distribute promotional materials, such as leaflets or brochures, to the public. Their primary responsibility is to hand out flyers in high-traffic areas or at events to raise awareness about a product, service, or event. This role requires good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with people. Flyers may work for marketing companies, event organizers, or businesses looking to advertise locally.

Flyer distributors often face the challenge of attracting attention and ensuring that materials reach the intended audience. Effective strategies include targeting high foot-traffic areas during peak hours, obtaining permission to distribute at events or inside businesses, and approaching individuals in a friendly, professional manner. If you enjoy working quickly, staying organized, and producing high-quality design at scale, while also bringing creative thinking to the table, we'd love to meet you.

About You

  • You have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator.
  • You're comfortable balancing high-volume production work as well asl deeper creative projects.
  • Your attention to detail is just as sharp as your creativity.
  • You are a team player who collaborates well and contributes to a positive team culture.
  • Crop marks, bleed, color profiles, and print-ready files are part of your everyday vocabulary.
  • You're organized, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
  • You enjoy building relationships and providing great internal client service.

Sample Responsibilities

Production Design & Creative Execution
Deliver high-quality templated and custom marketing assets including social media graphics, flyers, postcards, direct mail, ads, brochures, and listing materials while maintaining brand consistency and quick turnaround times.

Workflow & Project Management
Manage a high volume of marketing requests, communicating with agents and team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Agent Support
Provide marketing and design support to agents, answering questions about listing marketing offerings, available assets, and design capabilities.

File Organization & Maintenance
Maintain organized design files, templates, and project assets within company systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility for the broader marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing materials with fast turnaround times (often within one business day).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field preferred.

About Us
