Full-Time | WFFY-FM Fly 98.5
Fly 98.5 is looking for a full-time personality who fits the sound, energy, and lifestyle of a vibrant, active Southwest Florida audience.
This role is more than cracking the mic. It is about being upbeat, prepared, relatable, social, visible, and plugged into what people are talking about now.
We want someone who can host a live weekday show with energy, purpose, and personality while also representing Fly 98.5 at events, appearances, promotions, and community moments across Southwest Florida. The right person is a self-starter with on-air experience, strong communication skills, natural delivery, good instincts, and the ability to make every break feel fresh, local, and worth hearing.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces to install or service equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation.
  • Ability to travel between work areas or locations as needed.
