We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependableMedical Courier Dispatcherto join our healthcare logistics team. This role is essential in coordinating the safe and timely delivery of medical specimens, supplies, and documentation across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories. Multiple shifts are available to support our 24/7 operations, offering flexibility for candidates with varying schedules.


What You'll Be Doing (And loving):
As aDispatcher, your day will fly by as you:

  • Answer driver callswith a smile (yes, they can hear it!).
  • Review orders as they come in and assign them to the appropriate driver.
  • Help ensure that our routes and on demand drivers stay on time with their pickups and deliveries.
  • Escalate out of ordinary items to the Operations Manager for the market area.
  • Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.


What Makes You Shine (a.k.a. Responsibilities):

  • Be the calming voice for our drivers.
  • Be able to quickly assess the needs of the market and assign, or rearrange assignments, based on the orders.
  • Share ideas about improving our processes and our customer experience.
  • Be willing to pitch in on weekend rotations. We are a 365/24/7 company and take turns making sure we are covered.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • High School diploma or GED? Check!
  • At least 1year of Dispatch experience? Even better!
