TON RÔLE CHEZ HONCO : 
  • Être le contact entre le client, les experts-conseils et autres intervenants.
  • Participer aux réunions, faire les suivis et prendre les actions nécessaires au bon fonctionnement.
  • Planifier le projet, les échéanciers et le calendrier des travaux en collaboration avec le coordonnateur de chantiers et s’assurer du bon déroulement dans le respect des échéanciers et des budgets.
  • Étudier les plans et devis ainsi que les appendices et autres conditions de construction des projets.
  • Planifier est effectuer le suivi des budgets.
  • Octroyer, si besoin, des contrats en sous-traitance dans son secteur d’activités et en faire le suivi.
  • Régler toutes les modifications avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs à la fermeture du projet.
  • Faire le suivi de l’avancement des travaux à la comptabilité.
TON PROFIL:
  • BAC ou DEC en génie civil, en architecture, en estimation ou toutes autres formations pertinentes.
  • Processus CPI en cours un atout. Si tu recherches un parrain, un membre de notre équipe sera à ta disposition pour t'accompagner dans ta démarche.
  • Intérêt pour la gestion de projets au sein d'un entrepreneur général.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets (stage ou emploi) un atout.
  • Connaissance en mécanique du bâtiment et en électricité.
  • Connaissance en bâtiment d’acier un atout.
  • Aptitude pour la communication, la négociation et le travail d’équipe.
  • Maîtrise de la lecture des plans et devis.
  • Niveau d'anglais requis: fonctionnel (bilinguisme un atout). Fréquence d'utilisation variable selon les projets.
  • Connaissance en informatique (Suite Office, MS Project).
