Production AssociateJob Overview
We are seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are available for production, assisting with shipping and receiving activities, and operating equipment as needed. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pull, stage, and unload incoming shipments.
- Ensure production operators have the materials needed to maintain manufacturing flow.
- Assist with inventory movement and material replenishment.
- Operate wire-weaving equipment and assist with shear operations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating forklifts and performing material handling duties.
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production support roles.
- Ability to adapt to cross-training opportunities and learn new equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work up to 8 hours of overtime per week as needed.

Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
