Managing these challenges typically involves maintaining regular communication with loved ones, establishing healthy routines for sleep and exercise, and taking advantage of on-site support services. Many employers offer resources like counseling, social activities, and wellness programs to help FIFO employees maintain their well-being and build a sense of community while on-site.
