Power of Mind Counseling Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. This remote role allows for a flexible work-life balance while being part of a supportive virtual team. You will engage with our clients through telehealth platforms, giving you the opportunity to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and address mental health and emotional needs from the comfort of your home. This position runs a typical Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to dedicate your evenings and weekends to personal pursuits.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, with specific focus on mental health, emotional issues, and relational dynamics.
• Carrying out comprehensive client assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
• Documenting client progress meticulously and analyzing therapy outcomes to inform future care strategies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated treatment and support systems for clients.

As an LMFT at Power of Mind Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing personal struggles, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking support through difficult transitions. Our clients are often dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and communication barriers, creating the need for culturally sensitive and adaptable therapeutic approaches.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active LMFT license in California.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently while managing client care.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, with a background in clinical evaluation and treatment planning preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and strong proficiency in contemporary therapeutic techniques will also be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
