• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs while addressing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform clinical decisions and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with team members, fostering the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans conducive to client wellness.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including risk assessments and medication treatment plans.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, enhancing our organization’s standing and service quality.
• Act as a liaison and build productive relationships with state agencies, relevant service systems, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Promote effective communication across teams to uphold organizational standards and advance our mission within the community.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, collaboration, and funding to expand our reach and impact.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by attending conferences, contributing to discussions, and representing the agency at statewide meetings.
• Adhere to and promote the agency's mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and various developmental disabilities. Your empathetic and attentive approach will be fundamental in helping clients navigate their unique struggles and achieve lasting recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• An active, independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in California.

• Experience in outpatient counseling and working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
