• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to establish a baseline for therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and in direct collaboration with clients.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of all ages, specializing in a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in response to clients' evolving needs, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Document client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for seamless documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.
• Engage in crisis intervention for clients in acute distress and provide immediate support during emergencies.
• Stay informed on the latest research, methodologies, and ethical best practices in marriage and family therapy to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Your role will involve working with a varied clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families confronting mental health challenges. This may consist of children seeking help for behavioral issues, adults managing relationship dynamics, or couples striving to improve their connections with one another. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will directly influence the lives of clients, paving the way for healthier relationships and well-being.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related discipline.
• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
• Proven experience providing individual and/or couples therapy; familiarity with family dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in performing client assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, along with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• A background in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Experience utilizing virtual platforms for therapy sessions, demonstrating comfort with remote technologies.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in the mental health field.
