Job Description: Titre du poste: Spécialiste en gestion du changement Description du poste Le ou la spécialiste en gestion du changement gère les demandes de changement provenant des clients et en évalue les impacts sur la portée des projets, les échéanciers et les plans d’exécution. Cette personne analyse la faisabilité des changements dans le cadre des horaires et des ressources existantes, coordonne les processus d’approbation avec les parties prenantes internes et les clients, et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de planification et de contrôle de projet pour intégrer les travaux approuvés dans les calendriers et les plans de réalisation. Responsabilités Gérer les changements demandés par les clients et en évaluer les impacts sur la portée du projet, le calendrier et les plans d’exécution. Analyser les changements proposés et déterminer leur faisabilité dans le cadre des horaires, des plans de ressources et des contraintes existantes. Coordonner les flux d’approbation des demandes de changement avec les parties prenantes internes et les clients. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de planification et de contrôle de projet pour décomposer les lots de travaux approuvés et répartir efficacement la portée entre les différents départements. S’assurer que les nouveaux travaux sont intégrés dans les horaires sans créer de chevauchements, de conflits de ressources ou de lacunes dans l’exécution. Soutenir les programmes de réparation de frégates en cours, les nouvelles activités de soumission et les futurs projets de navires. Collaborer avec de nombreux départements, notamment la planification, l’ingénierie, la production et la gestion de projet, afin de maintenir l’alignement sur les priorités, les échéanciers et les livrables. Suivre et surveiller les impacts sur les échéanciers découlant des changements d’ingénierie ou des demandes de changement des clients. Contribuer à assurer que les changements de portée sont correctement évalués, approuvés, planifiés et exécutés dans un environnement de projet complexe et dynamique. Participer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion du changement et de contrôle de projet au sein des programmes navals à long terme. Compétences Essentielles Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en contrôle de projet, gestion du changement, planification de projet ou dans une discipline connexe. Solide formation technique permettant de comprendre et d’évaluer la portée et les spécifications d’ingénierie. Capacité à lire et interpréter la documentation technique, les dessins et les spécifications. Expérience avérée dans l’évaluation des changements de portée de projet et l’analyse de leurs impacts sur les échéanciers. Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel. Excellentes compétences en communication interfonctionnelle et en gestion des parties prenantes. Capacité démontrée à travailler dans des environnements de projets complexes et rapides. Expérience en gestion du changement et en contrôles de projet dans des secteurs tels que les chantiers navals, l’industrie de la défense ou le pétrole et gaz.
