At PTW, we're looking for a Construction Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of project activity. If you're energized by staying organized, solving problems, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is more than an administrative roleit's an opportunity to become an essential part of some of Western Canada's largest industrial projects.

Every day, you'll work alongside project leaders, tradespeople, vendors, and clients to ensure information flows efficiently, documentation is accurate, and field operations have everything they need to succeed.

This is a fly-in/fly-out opportunity with company-paid flights from Calgary or Edmonton, working a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation that offers a rewarding balance between work and home life.

What You'll Do

As the hub of the project team, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations organized and moving forward by:

  • Managing daily project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

  • Supporting field supervisors, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Processing timesheets, payroll information, and workforce updates accurately and on time.

  • Assisting with accounts payable, invoice tracking, and project financial documentation.

  • Coordinating shipping, receiving, couriers, and site logistics.

  • Tracking vendor and subcontractor submittals to help keep projects on schedule.

  • Maintaining organized project files and ensuring documentation remains current and accurate.

  • Solving administrative challenges quickly as project priorities evolve.

  • Helping create an efficient, organized site office that supports successful project execution.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and takes pride in supporting a successful team.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, accounting, or construction support.

  • Experience working in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for tracking, reporting, and organizing project information.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with field crews, management, clients, and vendors.

  • A proactive mindsetyou enjoy finding solutions before problems become bigger.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
