Your future role on our team

Our Mining and Geology team is seeking a Lead MineralProcessing Engineer to contribute to every mining project phase, fromprefeasibility studies to commissioning. Members of our multidisciplinary teampool their expertise, carry out high-tech process simulations and determine theequipment, tools and processes needed. There are many opportunities tocollaborate with technical experts, mentor and share knowledge, and grow anddevelop.

An overview of your mandates andresponsibilities

  • Work respectfully and collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers, designers and project support staff
  • Lead and manage a variety of cross-discipline teams to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Lead, review and approve process plant material balance, process design criteria, PFDs, P&IDs, plant layouts, technical specifications and technical evaluations
  • Prepare operating cost evaluations
  • Liaise with clients on a technical level and present reports, trade-off studies, publications and presentations in a professional manner
  • Create and review proposals
  • Train and share experiences with younger engineers
  • Participate in business development and corporate growth
