Mobile IOS Developer

  • Description:

 

    • We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic iOS Mobile Developer to join our dynamic Application Engineering team to develop and enhance our applications on iPhone and iPad OS platforms. As a Senior mobile engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications including work on improving the architecture. You will work closely with other Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions. 

Responsibilities  

    1. Design, develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS platform. 
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 
    3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. 
    4. Participate and Assist in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance. 
    5. Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal application performance. 
    6. Perform unit testing and ensure the robustness, reliability, and performance of applications. 
    7. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. 
    8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. 
    9. Implement mobile development best practices to ensure high code quality and performance. 
    10. Adhere to security and data protection guidelines for mobile applications. 

 

 

Requirements  

    1. 7+ years knowledge in Native mobile app development. 
    2. Mandatory Native iOS development, knowing cross-platform frameworks including Flutter, React Native, Android, multiplatform is a plus. 
    3. In depth understanding of programming languages like swift, Objective C, Swift UI. 
    4. Write code and design systems using cross platform IDEs such as Visual Studio, XCode. 
    5. Solid understanding of mobile app design patterns like - MVC, MVP, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, MVVM pattern, Clean Architecture, Viper etc. 
    6. Strong experience collaborating with designers and UX experts to create great user experiences. 
    7. Strong experience building and maintaining iOS frameworks using Cocoa Pods/Swift Packages 
    8. Working Knowledge of Unit and Automated testing using Native frameworks such as XCUI. 
    9. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL,  JSON, and integrating third-party libraries and APIs. 
    10. Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Fastlane and using version control tools like Git, Gitlab. 
    11. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies/challenges. 
    12. Experience integrating and managing content through various CMS platforms within iOS applications. 
    13. Proficiency in implementing and managing feature flags to enable or disable app features dynamically for different user groups. 
    14. Proven experience developing applications for a global audience, considering various regional requirements and standards. 
    15. Expertise in localizing applications for multiple languages and regions, ensuring a seamless user experience across diverse markets. 
    16. Ability to design and develop reusable SDKs and frameworks that can be utilized across multiple applications or by third-party developers. 
    17. In-depth knowledge of mobile security standards and best practices to protect user data and ensure application security. commitment to implementing security best practices in code, architecture, and application deployment to prevent vulnerabilities. 
    18. Proficiency in using profiling tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and optimize battery usage. 
    19. Experience using SonarQube or similar tools to identify code smells and maintain high code quality standards. 
    20. Strong understanding of code review guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement within the development team. 
    21. Familiar with App store policies for App submission. 
    22. Understanding of CI/CD principles 
    23. Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers. 
    24. Good knowledge of UX best practices, interactive design principles, guidelines, including current mobile accessibility standards. 
    25. Preferred familiarity with Bluetooth, BT Profiles, Digital Key, Core Bluetooth, External accessory, OAuth 2.0 and iAP2 
    26. Able to work on Agile and Test-driven development. 
    27. Familiar with agile processes, continuous integration, and working with a remote team. 
    28. Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams.
