To thrive as a Flutter Developer, you need strong proficiency in Dart programming, UI/UX design principles, and experience building cross-platform mobile applications, typically supported by a degree in computer science or related field. Familiarity with tools like Android Studio, Xcode, version control systems (e.g., Git), and knowledge of RESTful APIs are commonly required.
