Job description

Fluidra is looking for a Regional Service Manager to join our team in the Southern West Coast region.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

This key position will be the primary interface with Fluidra’s dealer network and key account customers in the defined territory. In this position you will be responsible for implementing service and warranty strategies for the territory and coordinate all service activities at the accounts. This position will act as the customers’ advocate within the territory to ensure a very intimate relationship is developed with our customer base. The person in this role is accountable for ensuring that Zodiac’s service guidelines and warranty procedures are met. Additionally, you will:

  • Penetrate our existing account base at a senior level to develop strong relationships for increased service penetration
  • Work with Territory Service Managers (TSM) to ensure service programs and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assist with training department to educate customers on the latest equipment.
  • Develop close ties with manufacturing team to present company capabilities to our customer base
  • Remain engaged on service programs to ensure program issues with the customer are addressed seamlessly
  • Prospect each territory as assigned to appoint new dealers
  • Provide accurate and detailed reporting in line with company reporting guidelines

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Proven success in Service Management using strong coaching skills
  • 5+ years of success in dealer relationship building based on record of accomplishments - preferably in swimming pool industry
  • Proven year-over-year track record of success in business development service role
  • Demonstrated success in building strong customer relationships and key account penetration at all levels
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Expected travel 60%
  • Goal and execution-oriented individual
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive customer focused attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills essential

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to read and write, sit, walk stand, bend, lift, squat; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate tools and electronic instruments; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 20 pounds. They also occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Expected salary range is $110,000 – $130,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
