Tennessee Territory, Full-Time

$70,000 to $100,000 Minimum Expected First Year Total Earnings

About the Role

We are seeking a relationship-driven sales professional to develop and expand business throughout Tennessee. The ideal candidate enjoys prospecting, building customer relationships, solving customer challenges, and developing long-term partnerships within the manufacturing and industrial marketplace.

Well-suited candidates may have experience in industrial, manufacturing, B2B, outside sales, territory management, automation, fluid power, motion control, or related industries. Candidates with inside sales, customer service, or customer support experience in similar technical or industrial environments are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership by developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships and sales throughout the Tennessee territory
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using company provided leads, prospecting & CRM tools
  • Build relationships with industrial customers, engineers, maintenance personnel, purchasing professionals, and key decision-makers
  • Manage customer follow-up and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to develop customer solutions
  • Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships

Territory & Travel

  • Home-based position within Tennessee
  • Responsible for developing business throughout the Tennessee territory
  • Regular travel within Tennessee is expected
  • Periodic travel for training and company meetings
  • Initial onboarding and training will take place at our Michigan office

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical sales experience preferred
  • Industrial, manufacturing, automation, fluid power, motion control, or related industry experience is a plus
  • Strong B2B, outside sales, territory sales, or industrial sales experience will be considered
