Optometrist – New York Metro Area (Chinese & English Speaking)

HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The practice has a strong community presence, consistently high patient volume, and an established referral network. This opportunity is ideal for an Optometrist seeking a stable, outpatient-focused role with strong clinical support.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

  • $190,000–$223,000 annual base compensation

  • Performance-based incentives may be available

Compensation is structured based on experience, patient volume, and schedule preferences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care in an outpatient clinical setting, including routine eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular conditions, vision correction, and patient education. Access to diagnostic equipment and specialty referrals is available.

This is a patient-facing role supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.
