- Serve as the RN First Assistant during surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, and wound closure
- Deliver exceptional preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and OR staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards
- Promote patient safety and excellence in surgical outcomes
- Active RN License
- Minimum 3 Years of RNFA Experience Required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
- Must meet all facility-specific health and compliance requirements
- Thorough knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, medications, and perioperative nursing practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- EMR Experience: Cerner Millennium Preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccination Not Required

- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel package.
