Job description

The Community Supports Network, Inc.(CSN), is a strengths-based, multi-state organization whose Mission it is to support people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs to reach their goals to live, to work, and to contribute to their community.

Our most successful FLS' are engaged in continuous coaching and development of each valued employee through positive motivation, assertiveness, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills while managing and overseeing a residential site for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs. Our Managers coach our employees and support and advocate for the individuals we support. We want engaged employees to help drive our growth and opportunities.Time will be split between Direct Support hours and Administrative (Office) hours.

At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 19 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays.

Desired qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree with a major in a related field and two-years' experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one-year of supervisory experience.
