ROLE SUMMARY:
The successful candidate willbe responsible for:
Setup and operation of manual and/or CNC machining equipment
Ability tomake program edits at the machine for CNC equipment
Machining of components to meet print dimensions and tolerances
Accurate parts measurement using tools such as, but not limited to
Outside micrometer
Inside micrometer
Depth micrometer
Digital, dial and vernier calipers
Scales
Maintainingan organized and safe work environmentand help to drive improvements in the work centerthat will lead to increases in safety and efficiency
Accurately completingall paperwork associated with tasks being performed
Keepingup to date withallrequired trainings
Workingon a variety of parts and processes and may work across multiple machines
Can resolvemost problems and questions within a defined set of parameters
May provide guidance tolower-levelemployees
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES
Typically,3-5years' experience doing similar work
Understands and buys into azero-accidentsafety culture expectation
Strongshop math skills including arithmetic, conversion of fractions to decimals, basic trigonometry
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/production drawings including tolerancing

Previousexperience machining stainless alloys

First shift positions Monday thru Friday, 06:30-1500
Second shift hours Monday thru Friday, 14:45-23:15
Overtime asrequired(requiredovertime will have36-hournotice)
