With a focus on exceptional craftsmanship and reliable service, The Rose Shop serves a wide range of occasions, from everyday gestures to large events. Team members work in a supportive, creative environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are highly valued.

Role Description The Floral Designer is a full-time or part-time role and on-site. This position is responsible for designing and assembling flower arrangements and bouquets for daily orders, events, and special occasions. The Floral Designer will consult with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable designs and products. Day-to-day tasks include processing and caring for fresh flowers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and consistent quality.

Qualifications
