Job Summary

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a dedicated Warehouse, Equipment, & Facilities Technician to support our restoration operations. This role is responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, servicing mitigation equipment, coordinating vehicle maintenance, preparing supplies for job sites and other office locations, and performing outdoor maintenance, including lawn care for company properties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both indoor and outdoor tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Pull, prepare, and stage supplies, tools, and materials for restoration projects and field teams.
  • Track inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages to management.
  • Properly label and store equipment, tools, and chemicals according to safety standards.
Mitigation Equipment Maintenance & Repair:

  • Inspect, test, clean, and perform routine maintenance on mitigation equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, extractors, etc.).
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition before and after use.
  • Maintain service logs and coordinate with vendors for major repairs when needed.
Fleet & Vehicle Coordination:

  • Transport company vehicles to and from repair shops for scheduled maintenance.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for job sites.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle availability for field operations.
Lawn Care & Outdoor Maintenance:

  • Perform regular lawn care for ServiceMaster Restore facilities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
  • Maintain landscaping, including bushes, flower beds, and general upkeep.
  • Remove weeds, manage seasonal lawn treatments, and ensure property exteriors remain clean and professional.
  • Conduct snow and ice removal (if applicable).
General Maintenance & Labor:

  • Assist in outdoor work such as organizing equipment yards, moving supplies, and maintaining external storage areas.
  • Help with loading/unloading trucks and deliveries for job site preparation.
  • Perform light maintenance and repair tasks on warehouse property and office facilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, equipment maintenance, restoration, or a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of restoration and mitigation equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in a variety of conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with landscaping tools and lawn care techniques.
  • Must be over the age of 25
