We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Hemp Co-Packing Production Associate to assist with the packaging, labeling, preparation, and fulfillment of hemp-derived products. This role supports daily production operations while ensuring products meet quality, compliance, and presentation standards.

The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follows SOPs closely, and maintains a positive attitude while working with the production team.

Responsibilities

  • Package hemp-derived products including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, beverages, and vapes
  • Apply compliant labels and verify packaging accuracy
  • Assemble display boxes and retail-ready packaging
  • Weigh and portion products according to specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
