Job description

NATIVE WHOLESALE, INC is Now Hiring an Allocations & Distribution Specialist in our Denver, CO location.

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of fresh cut flower bouquets across the United States. Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and services.

Our current search is for an upbeat, enthusiastic self-starter who is detailed and results-oriented with a business mindset.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Partner with District Managers and the Sales field to ensure proper allocations and distribution of products are sent timely and effectively to maximize sales minimizing potential for shrink.

Diligent analysis of annual sales projections, actual sales, current product levels, and potential shrink factors to maintain appropriate product levels.

Perform product allocation operations efficiently in order to ensure financial success by achieving sales and inventory projections while minimizing waste and shrink.

Analyze current product levels, projected sales and trends within each customer location. Communicate with production team when inventory levels are lower than distribution needs.

Constant and consistent focus to guarantee customer satisfaction for all store volume levels.

Cooperation with in-house special order team to address and execute customer requests.

Partner with transportation team to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly collection of reports from each customer and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate filing and organization of inventory reports, sales reports and shrink numbers.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience. Perishable experience a plus.
Must be proficient in working with Office 365 and MS Office; intermediate to advanced skills working with MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated.
Excellent ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in Spanish helpful.
