  • Automate infrastructure, administrative processes, and system integrations using PowerShell, Python, APIs, and other automation technologies.
  • Monitor and improve system availability, performance, capacity, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, identity, networking, endpoint, and application issues and provide technical escalation support.
  • Partner with Security, Networking, and other technical teams to design and implement secure, scalable solutions and automated processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, system diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting AWS infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, routing, and security.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, identity, authentication, access control, and infrastructure security principles.
  • Experience automating infrastructure and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, Bash, APIs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues across multiple infrastructure layers.

Preferred
  • AWS certification such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra hybrid identity, and modern endpoint management.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management technologies such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container and orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and storage technologies.
  • Experience integrating enterprise and SaaS platforms using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, APIs, or similar technologies.
