Are you ready to take your operational skills to the next level? As a vital member of our team, the Flowback Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable well and equipment operations. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a dynamic environment, applying your expertise to optimize well performance and uphold the highest safety standards. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
  • Operate wellhead and surface equipment in adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor and surveil wells and equipment continuously, identifying opportunities for corrective and optimization actions.
  • Participate actively in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, functioning as an Equipment Care Technician to support equipment integrity.
  • Record detailed operational data, ensuring accurate documentation for shift transitions and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring repairs follow corrective, predictive, and preventive plans.
  • Collect samples for laboratory analysis and conduct field tests to monitor well conditions.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and shutdown systems, escalating incidents as necessary.
  • Support well intervention activities by ensuring surface equipment is in optimal condition before intervention.
  • Maintain clear communication with the operations team, reporting abnormal situations and equipment issues.
  • Assist during Wellwork operations, providing technical support and ensuring safety compliance.
  • Participate in emergency response activities and uphold incident reporting protocols.

Essential Skills:
  • Completed secondary education with prior experience as a Field Technician.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline operations and surface equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, environment, and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Ability to interpret project specifications and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in operating safety and management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with laboratory sampling and testing procedures.
  • Experience in well intervention support.
  • Certification in safety or specific operational areas.
  • Knowledge of relevant commercial agreements and project philosophies.

Preferred Education and Experience:
