TERRITORY MANAGER - SURGICAL & VASCULAR TECHNOLOGY Overview This is a high-growth commercial role with a surgical-focused medical technology organization specializing in intraoperative blood-flow assessment and advanced robotic suction and irrigation solutions used in high-acuity OR environments. The portfolio supports surgeons in achieving real-time confirmation of vessel patency, anastomotic integrity, and procedural precision, while improving workflow efficiency and surgical decision-making. This role is best suited for a driven new-business developer who thrives in growth environments, builds strong surgeon relationships, and is comfortable selling a clinically differentiated solution across both capital equipment and disposable product categories.

Position Title Territory Manager - Surgical Technologies Territory Multi-state territory (includes travel across 2-3 states; preference for candidates based near a major metropolitan hub within the territory) Reports To Regional Sales Leadership Primary Responsibilities • Drive new business development within hospitals and surgical programs across the territory • Develop deep relationships with vascular, reconstructive, robotic, and microvascular surgeons • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on clinical outcomes, workflow impact, and procedural efficiency • Manage full-cycle sales across capital equipment, single-use disposables, and procedural adoption • Serve as a clinical and commercial partner in the OR, supporting evaluation, trials, and education • Navigate complex hospital decision pathways including surgeon champions, OR leadership, supply chain, and value analysis committees • Develop territory growth plans aligned to procedural expansion and robotic case utilization • Build strategic referral and collaboration networks with complementary surgical representatives • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and territory performance metrics • Support product training, in-service education, and procedural implementation as needed Clinical & Product Focus Areas This role supports a portfolio that includes: • Intraoperative blood-flow assessment technology used to confirm patency, vessel integrity, and anastomotic success • Microvascular and small-vessel applications for delicate anatomical assessment • Single-use, sterile disposable probes designed to improve reliability and reduce reprocessing burden • Advanced robotic suction and irrigation solutions that allow improved surgeon control, autonomy, and case efficiency at the console • Exchange-tip and flexible-use configurations that support both robotic and bedside procedural needs Procedural call points may include: • Vascular surgery • Reconstructive and microvascular surgery • Robotic surgery • Urology • General surgery • Other high-acuity OR environments Key Value Themes You Will Represent • Real-time intraoperative confirmation of blood flow and vessel integrity • Reduction of workflow interruptions and improved surgical efficiency • Consistency and reliability through single-use technology • Procedural confidence in high-stakes cases • Strong integration into surgeon workflow and OR practice patterns Ideal Candidate Profile • 5+ years of surgical sales experience with strong OR presence • Proven track record of new-business generation and territory expansion • Experience selling clinical value propositions to surgeon stakeholders • Prior success navigating value analysis and hospital economic review processes • Experience across capital + disposable selling environments • Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred • Ability to work autonomously across a multi-state territory • Comfortable collaborating with complementary surgical representatives to drive adoption • Background in vascular, microvascular, robotic, or suction/irrigation categories is highly preferred
