About the Role
The Botanical Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing botanical orders for shipment while helping maintain the quality of our plant inventory. This role plays an important part in ensuring customers receive high-quality products on time and supports the efficient operation of our warehouse and greenhouse.
What You'll Do
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or paper pick tickets.
  • Pack botanical and floral products to ensure they are shipment-ready.
  • Perform basic plant maintenance to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards throughout each shift.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position works in a warehouse and greenhouse environment where temperatures range from warm to hot. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Applicants must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour

Other Information
Work Location: Onsite
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday. Start times vary from 9:00 a.m. on Sundays and approximately 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, working until all assigned work is complete.
Additional hours, schedule adjustments, or overtime may be required during holidays or periods of increased business demand.

  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a warm to hot warehouse and greenhouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.
