We are currently hiring for a FLORAL PRODUCITON MANAGER. This position will oversee the daily operations of the floral production department, ensuring high-quality floral designs are produced efficiently and delivered on schedule. This role manages production staff, coordinates workflow, maintains inventory, and ensures that all floral products reflect the company’s standards of quality, design, and customer service. This is a temp to perm position with opportunity of full-time hire for the right candidate. This position will wear many hats, and candidate must have a “can-do” attitude and be able to manage all aspects of floral productions. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn and grow with one of the top floral designers in the country. Salary: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience.
 Key Responsibilities
·       Oversee day-to-day floral production activities, including arrangement assembly, event design prep, and order fulfillment.
·       Reviewing production schedules and prepare production plans (vases, mechanics, confirm florals, separate and prepare floral recipes, confirm design approval with design director. 
·       Create and manage production schedules to meet daily retail orders, event deadlines, and seasonal volume demands.
·       Ensure all floral designs meet brand standards and client specifications.
·       Coordinate with sales, event, and operations teams to align production with upcoming events, holidays, and special projects.
·       Assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and balanced workloads.
·       Assist with hiring and seasonal workforce planning.
·       Manage floral and hard-goods inventory including ordering, receiving, processing, and waste control.
·       Track usage to forecast needs based on sales trends and upcoming events.
·       Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when applicable.
·       Ensure all products meet design, freshness, and presentation standards before they leave the studio.
·       Implement and refine standard operating procedures for production efficiency and consistency.
·       Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively offer solutions.
·       Collaborate on floral recipes and production plans for weddings, corporate events, installations, and large-scale orders.
·       Support on-site event setup or breakdown as needed.
 
Skills & Qualifications
·       3–5+ years of experience in floral design, production, or related management role.
·       Strong knowledge of floral varieties, care/handling, and design techniques.
·       Proven leadership and team-management skills.
·       Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·       Proficiency in inventory management and production planning.
·       Physical ability to lift 30–40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
·       Bilingual in English/Spanish
·       Experience with weddings and large-scale event production.
·       Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with weekends as needed
Pay: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience
