Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Flooring
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Range: $60,000- $70,000 Base Salary + Tiered Commission Structure (based on project profitability)

successful completion. This is both a sales and operational role, where you'll not only manage projects but

In this role, you’ll oversee commercial flooring projects from start to finish while ensuring smooth project
execution and hitting profitability goals.

Your success will directly impact your compensation, with no cap on commissions and unlimited earning
potential. We’re seeking someone who not only follows the process but takes full ownership of it.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and clients.
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities, negotiating contracts that serve both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
  • Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for every detail and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions and accurate project scopes.
  • Manage budgets and project schedules to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Supervise installation teams, ensuring the work is completed to the highest level of precision and efficiency.
  • Stay on top of material inventory, keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial construction role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
  • 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential).
  • A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
  • Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews
